Disclosures
Disclosures.
This page states who produces our research, how it is produced, and where our interests sit. It exists to satisfy the EU Market Abuse Regulation’s requirements for investment recommendations — and because a research house should say these things anyway.
- Producer identity
- Moretus — publisher of impersonal investment research. Contact: hello@moretus.io.
- Nature of the research
- Every note is an impersonal publication: produced without regard to any reader’s circumstances, delivered to all members simultaneously, and never personalized. We do not give individual advice, in any channel, to anyone.
- Conflicts and positions
- Accounts we manage may hold positions in the instruments we publish on. Any such position is disclosed on page one of every note, as of publication day. That disclosure is not updated afterwards, and no signal — entry, exit, or otherwise — follows a publication.
- Methodology
- Each idea is months of fundamental work, overlaid with demographic and alternative-data signals. A note’s conclusion may be act, watch, or pass — a published pass is a legitimate outcome, not a failure. Every note states where consensus sits, why we disagree, and what would prove us wrong.
- Past recommendations
- The Market Abuse Regulation requires a list of all recommendations disseminated in the preceding 12 months. No recommendations have been disseminated yet. Idea N° 001 will appear here on publication. The complete chronological archive lives at /ideas.
